Mr. Mellor excels in strategic vision and execution, with a focus on intentional decision-making to shape outcomes rather than relying on chance.
He is skilled in talent alignment and management, owning multiple U.S.-based business consulting and professional service firms.
Mr. Mellor brings over 12 years of international business experience across multiple Latin American countries and the United States.
Additionally, he has served as a County Commissioner in Utah, demonstrating leadership in both public and private sectors.

George L. Wolfe
Retired Attorney
Mr. Wolfe is a retired attorney and entrepreneur with extensive experience in antitrust law and corporate counsel. He served as Associate General Counsel for the U.S. Commercial Operations at Kraft Heinz (2021–2023) and as Assistant Attorney General for New York State (2013–2014). Wolfe also held roles at leading law firms Fried Frank and Akin Gump.
An accomplished entrepreneur, he founded Wolfe Industries, LLC, and New Age Realty, LLC. Wolfe holds a J.D. from Georgetown University and a B.A. from Rutgers University. Fluent in English and Russian, he brings a wealth of legal and business expertise to his ventures.
MATTHEW J. MCCAHILL
Hospitality Expert
Mr. McCahill’s career includes leadership roles such as Corporate Director of Nightlife & Events at Oxford Hotels & Resorts and Director of Food and Beverage at the Godfrey Hotel Chicago and Dana Hotel and Spa. McCahill has also managed premier venues, including Crimson Lounge at Hotel Sax Chicago and Bella Restaurant and Lounge.
He is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in hospitality and nightlife. Since 2012, he has served as CEO of McCahill Management Group, overseeing successful ventures such as Reading Room Ultra Lounge, PB&J Pizza – Beer & Jukebox, and Grapes & Grains Whiskey and Wine Bar. He is also involved with Tulum Club Cartagena and provides consulting services through his management group.
PHILL WILLIAMS
Serial entrepreneur
Mr. Williams is a financial advisor, and business leader with over 26 years of experience creating successful ventures across diverse industries. Based in Indiana, he manages his independent practice at Kingsview Partners. Previously, he was Managing Partner at Merrill Lynch’s Williams and Associates and Director of Wealth Management at Stock Yards Bank and Trust.
He has held leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, CFD Investments, and served as Controller and Deputy Mayor of Kokomo, Indiana. Holding an MBA in Finance and a BS in Marketing Management, Williams is known for his strategic vision and dedication to community engagement, including coaching soccer and supporting various organizations.
SANTOS OCHOA

Sr. Santos brings over 20 years of industry experience and holds a Master’s degree in agave spirits production.
A seasoned leader, he has successfully managed dynamic teams in fast-growing tequila companies, both with and without production facilities.
His expertise spans operational efficiency, process development, new product and project launches, and maintaining competitive margins through precise cost accounting.
Sr. Santos is highly skilled in strategic business planning and negotiation, driving growth and profitability.
Mauricio Orti

Sr. Orti, a seasoned Operations Analyst and Process Improvement Specialist, brings extensive manufacturing expertise. He excels in identifying inefficiencies, optimizing processes, and implementing solutions to stabilize operations, boost revenues, and reduce costs.
As a strategic problem-solver and manufacturing troubleshooter, he evaluates personnel and equipment performance to enhance efficiency through retraining, repairs, or replacements. His dedication to operational excellence and quality standards ensures sustainable growth and long-term success.
