His expertise in aligning talent and managing diverse teams has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and innovation.
In addition to his role at Tequila Masters, Jake owns multiple U.S.-based business consulting and professional service firms, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence. His tenure as a County Commissioner in Utah further highlights his leadership capabilities and dedication to public service.
Mr. Mellor brings over 12 years of international business experience across multiple Latin American countries and the United States.

Brand and Community Lead
Camila Barbosa is Brand and Community Lead at OTP Tequila, where she leads brand communication, content strategy and the development of the community around OTP. Her work focuses on strengthening the brand’s identity and ensuring consistent communication across channels and markets.
She also takes part in the planning and execution of campaigns, digital content, brand activations and commercial materials, working closely with the team to position OTP Tequila and to communicate its values, history and brand proposition consistently.
Finance and Compliance Lead
Luis Moreno Medina is an experienced finance executive with a Master’s in Finance and a degree in Business Administration. As Finance and Compliance Lead at Tequila Masters Solutions, Inc., he oversees the company’s financial strategy, regulatory compliance, and international reporting standards.
His background includes extensive leadership in fiscal optimization, budgeting, and auditing for both private industry and government. With a hands-on command of financial systems and ERP tools, Luis ensures transparent operations and long-term financial health for the company’s growing tequila portfolio.
Our advisors bring experience we draw on as the brand grows. They advise the Company. They are not officers, directors or employees, they do not manage the Company, and they serve without compensation.
Security and Cross-Border Operations
Val is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and a bilingual security and investigations executive with more than twenty years of experience across the United States and Latin America, including extensive work in Mexico. He served as a Special Agent in Charge at the California Department of Justice, overseeing operations for more than 100 field agents, and as International Liaison Officer to the Republic of Mexico. He was Director of Global Investigations at Pinkerton. He is Chief Executive Officer of LETIA Group Consulting. He advises us on security, on the movement of product and people across borders, and on working with authorities in both countries.
Digital Marketing and Technology
Frederick was one of the first 500 employees at Google, where he spent ten years building AdWords and served as Google’s AdWords Evangelist. He was a founding member of the team that created AdWords Editor and part of the team that acquired Urchin, now Google Analytics. He is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Optmyzr and the author of “Digital Marketing in an AI World” and “Unlevel the Playing Field.” He advises us on digital marketing, analytics and advertising technology.
Hospitality and On-Trade
Matthew has been Chief Executive Officer of McCahill Management Group since 2012. He was Corporate Director of Nightlife and Events at Oxford Hotels and Resorts and Director of Food and Beverage at the Godfrey Hotel Chicago and Dana Hotel and Spa. He advises us on the bar and restaurant channel, on hospitality and nightlife accounts, and on venue and event programming.
