JOSE MANUEL SANCHEZ PARRA

Mr. Sanchez is the Vice President of Administrative Operations at Tequila Masters Solutions, Inc., where he brings together legal expertise, government coordination, and operational leadership. A licensed attorney from the University of Guadalajara with advanced training in human rights and international law, he blends compliance knowledge with practical problem-solving.
Formerly Director of Municipal Affairs for the Government of Jalisco, he coordinated with 125 municipalities, overseeing public safety and executive-level logistics. At Tequila Masters, he plays a vital role in operations, logistics, and personnel management, known for his adaptability, loyalty, and ability to turn strategic goals into action—helping shape the company into a scalable and trusted brand.
LUIS MORENO MEDINA
Director of Finance & Compliance
Luis Moreno Medina is an experienced finance executive with a Master’s in Finance and a degree in Business Administration. As Director of Finance & Compliance at Tequila Masters Solutions, Inc., he oversees the company’s financial strategy, regulatory compliance, and international reporting standards.
His background includes extensive leadership in fiscal optimization, budgeting, and auditing for both private industry and government. With a hands-on command of financial systems and ERP tools, Luis ensures transparent operations and long-term financial health for the company’s growing tequila portfolio.
matthew j. MCCAHILL
Hospitality Expert
Mr. McCahill’s career includes leadership roles such as Corporate Director of Nightlife & Events at Oxford Hotels & Resorts and Director of Food and Beverage at the Godfrey Hotel Chicago and Dana Hotel and Spa. McCahill has also managed premier venues, including Crimson Lounge at Hotel Sax Chicago and Bella Restaurant and Lounge.
He is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in hospitality and nightlife. Since 2012, he has served as CEO of McCahill Management Group, overseeing successful ventures such as Reading Room Ultra Lounge, PB&J Pizza – Beer & Jukebox, and Grapes & Grains Whiskey and Wine Bar. He is also involved with Tulum Club Cartagena and provides consulting services through his management group.
